I've been planing the Royce conference for my department all term, and it's been a hell of a lot of work at times, but I'm telling you this year's is going to be SO much better than previous years. We're going to have logical groupings of presentations, there's going to be food on-site (free!) and I've invited highschool students to come and be a part of it too. I've gotten us lots of give-aways, and have secured 3 times the amount of award money that we had given out in the past.
I so rock!
