traxis on the run

Glah. Brain didn't work and I missed the official deadline for the assessor position (apparenly it was to be last Thursday not this coming Tuesday!) Whoops. The big boss and the HR rep said I could apply tomorrow morning. I am quite lucky!

In other news I was bad this weekend. First I bought gorgeous knee-high squashed down suede-like fabric boots. Later that night at a gathering I am sure I ended up pulling a Janet Jackson when my sweater got stuck under me (I was lying on the floor) while watching Thunderbirds DVD. Sunday I bought another pair of high heels - pointy black vinyl stilletoes (I so have a shoe fetish!). Got halloween stuff and ate an entire bag of kettle popcorn.

Chris, on the other hand, was much more responsible - he cleaned the whole damn weekend, cooked and even did school work.

Am now working on job apps and watching tv. Life is good.
