traxis on the run

Uhg - I have planned out the months of September through November - I could likely be out of town like 50% out of the next 8 weeks. I don't know what the best thing to do is with regards to all the possible meetings... It's an awful lot of money and time with uncertain results... (sigh).

It's Monday but it feels like a Friday - I just got back from a 28 hour trip to Calgary at dinner-time today.

I got to talk to some friends about my lack of knowledge about first nations peoples, culture and history. They helped shed some light but it is still something I feel I should learn about - especially with my job and the issues we are asked to consider. The last that I've really learned was back in undergrad through my Native Lit classes in English - and at that I have not learned enough.
