What's that? The government still has no plan for what to do with tuition and the rebate they gave out last year?
Huhn? My city only gets one new high school?
Uh... does not compute.
Although I'm happy I'll be getting $400 - correction, VISA and Mastercard will be getting my $400... it seems frivolous.
