Shopping spree.
Bought: black flood capri pant, black A-line calf-length skirt, two pairs Jaccob boyshorts (my underwear obsession continues), black ruffled, slit asymetric knee-length skirt (for dancing), sexy tank top (that's actually loose and long around the torso/gut area - great camouflage), Harry Potter dvd (for my brother's birthday), and some stuff for lunch. Ooh and got some pictures developed - they're hillarious, my birthday party, camping, etc.
I guess that's not that bad, really.
May feel all zonked out from the cavity filling, dunno. The girls arive tomorrow, conference registration and then orientation around the city. Saturday is our first full day there, followed by the BBQ at our house, then hopefully will get to go see Beth Orton (invited Kalgash), Sunday more conference, and it's David's birthday, so may hang with him, may not - depends on what his plans are. Would love to go to Barrymores for 80's night on Sunday... Monday we have more conference, then a meeting in the evening, then Tuesday the last day of the conference, including our presentation, and then the girls leave. I leave Wednesday evening, so I guess I'll spend most of that day packing up and spending time with my family. Busy. Get home, and MOVE IN TO THE NEW HOUSE!!!! SO EXCITED!!
We're going to compost, and have a great vegetable garden, have flowers out on our balconies, BBQ and patio furniture outside, hang a flag on our flagpole, put Chris' radio antena up, load up the kitchen with kitchy stuff, then make the living room very comfortable and relaxing. Our office will also be a play room with lots of fun things, as will our workshop thing in the basement. Chris is going to make beer and mead since we have a cold room to ferment these things in. Upstairs will be light and airy, with my pale furniture, the white walls, big windows and hardwood floors. Going to get some light curtains to hang in front of the closet opening. It's going to be SO NICE.
