I am reading one of my students' papers - it is not good. the format is shit and the paper just goes on and on with no real thesis. And this is the better of two students who I need to give feedback to today.
I understand that it is a position paper and so they have less structure for writing, but puhlease!
In other news spoke with an associate dean this morning who totally supported my decision to get a terminal masters. Am also going to the career planning session this afternoon and then a council meeting, then tea and D&D. Good stuff.
