Chris did a great job at the meeting last night, put BRM in her place. It was great to see a bunch of people we hadn't seen in over a month. On the bus ride home, got to know a few of the other regulars a bit better - that was cool too.
Also accomplished yesterday: Good meeting with the lab, handed in the work that I promissed to have ready, booked a meeting with Jeff ahead of schedule, went to TA, bought a breifcase, then had lunch and checked my e-mail. Had a ridiculously short meeting with the grad chair who informed me that switching programs is stupid easy and would be no problem. Was disapointed he didn't care to ask why I was choosing this option. Went and verified the steps with the grad secretary, then went to the health center to see a doctor. My Eczema's been driving me nuts, and my knee keeps giving out. Plus, I've been hoping to get an alergist referal. Got all three things looked after.
This took one full paper to mark, by the way, in the waiting room.
Finally, met Chris for dinner, and then had that meeting.
Not too shabby for my first Monday back at school!
