Saw Charlie's Angels 2 - Full Throtle last night. Not too bad - actually I kinda liked it a lot. The thing is that you have to let go of any concept of gravity, timing, and other physical realities. Once you're comfortable with that, then the movie moves along in a lovely way. If you don't then you'll be pissed off at the movie the whole way. They brought back that creepy black-haired guy from the first movie, for apparently no real reason. It was dumb. Also, I didn't really like Bernie Mac in the role of Bosely. I also don't remember Matt LeBlanc in the first one, but he's here for some reason, I think we're supposed to know him already? Confused.

HOWEVER, there are some really hillarious parts - the requisite Cameron Diaz dancing scene, which there are two of in this film, plus the sexed up showgirl coup which is almost uncomfortable to watch, yet not... Anyhow, the clothes are beautiful again - mind you Drew Barrymore was kinda scruffy in this one. And there's a very cool (and again, hyper unrealistic) dirt bike chase scene which was just the perfect length - much longer and it would have dragged, shorter and they wouldn't have shown us all the tricks.

So, other than a few red trucks, bent rules of physics, and confusing character inclusions, it was very very good.
